It's too bad Microsoft has elected not to air this commercial for the Xbox 360, as it is the best TV commercial for anything ever:

Rejected Xbox 360 Commercial

In fact, I suspect they made it knowing that it would be unsuitable for television, but that the Web would spread it for them anyway.

I dunno.

It's good.

But have you seen that VW ad where the suicide bomber blows himself up inside the car, and nobody outside in affected other than by hearing a muffled, wet "thump"?

I need to see Resevoir Dogs again now -- I'm wondering if the initial configuration of the first 3 or 4 people in the scene are identical to the last scene in that movie.

I've never seen that movie, but I was so impressed with how much like that kind of movie it was. All that intensity and wariness and it's all just thumb-and-forefingers. Too funny. Though my favorite part was the guy on the phone in the car.

Woo-hoo! Reminded me of all the kids with their friends over. I especially liked the cabdriver. :)

Oh that's great. I love the chick who does the grenade toss. Priceless!
