I loved this post! I love the idea of Wellington, for some reason -- if I ever get over that way I'll have to check it out. And, SHEEP! And LAMBS! Sheeplass must have been out of her mind with joy.

My mom actually likes the slow service in other countries -- she feels far too rushed in the U.S., and seeks out restaurants that are slower.
