Might I recommend The Metreon food court for dinner? If it weren't Valentine's Day, I'd recommend a couple other great restaurants nearby, but I imagine they'll be kind of crazy tonight. :) The Metreon food court has a bunch of great options, but my favorite is Long Life Noodle House, where you can get amazing huge noodle and ramen and soup dishes for very cheap.
