Everyone knows the classic song lyric "When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that's amore"... and of course, it was always a somewhat wierd lyric, due to that whole getting-hit-in-the-eye-with-a-satellite factor.

But I got to thinking... it's kind of a weird analogy even without that. I mean, when I'm thinking of things that hit people in the eye, I don't think of pizzas. I can't think of anyone who has ever been hit in the eye with a pizza. I know someone who had her nose broken by a cheesecake, but that's just not the same.
